Danville, Vermont was chartered October 31, 1786 and is located in Caledonia County. It's surrounded by Peacham, Barnet, St. Johnsbury, Walden, Stannard, Wheelock and Lyndon. There's a lot to do in this little town. In the Summer people swim at Joe's Pond (operated by the West Danville Community Club), they shop at the Farmer's Market that opens the first week in June through October, and attend Sunday concerts on the green(sponsored by the Danville Pope Library) The Danville Fair comes to town in August.
